    Damn!!! So sorry for you and praying for you guys to have the strength to get through this. Every time I have to say goodbye to one of these amazing animals I tell myself “never again it just hurts too bad”. Next thing you know the hole in your heart is filled with another amazing cat. So the cycle continues... you’ll know when or if the time is right. I can tell you that snickers is looking down hoping you give another cat all the love you gave her. In my case there’s going to be more than 1 waiting for me. Hang in there!!!

    Very true. We adopted Harry a month or so after Ponce passed. Our home felt empty without a 3rd cat and we knew we’d find a kitten to rescue.
    Harry could never replace Ponce but I know he’s happy we took in another abandoned kitten.

    My favorite memory of Snickers is one Spring day back in 2010 when she found me , this is where she found her forever home . I had the door to my patio open when i heard a meow and looking at a very dirty and very hungry Calico kitten

    I immediately got her some water and some food I had for Rascal my Tuxedo kitten at the time and who I still have . After a couple days of feeding Snickers I introduced her to Rascal and into my home which again became her forever home !!!!
