2 week progress pic. Not where I wanted to be at this point, but pretty close. I got a late start due to a few orders (that I assumed fell through) came in after I started, so I had to circle back. I will take time to lock in before I start from now on to avoid this type of delay in the future.

Back row is the 10 that I am focused on shipping by my self-imposed 3 wk deadline, and those are organized left to right based on who ordered first. Front row are mostly extras, just in case a mistake is made I can have a quick recovery.

12ft of aluminum bar stock arrived last week (6ft 2.5" dia and 6ft 2" dia), and the same amount of black delrin (6ft 2.5" dia and 6ft 1.625" dia) will arrive this Friday.

Duracoating is scheduled for Saturday for those who got that option. I also have about 5 sets of seat spacers that I completed over this time. Overall, pretty happy with the time management here ... just really can't do things like "eat" and "sleep", haha.

I'm cereal about a black delrin shift knob. Just haven't measured my OEM knob, like it to be just a hair bigger. Can have the gearing engraved, or plain. Matte finish. Hate glare and shine in the cab and on my tires tbh.

The OEM '16+ knob is about 2-1/8" diameter on average ... and I remember the 2nd gen feeling even smaller but I could be wrong.

Take your time, I have wayy more work than I can even handle already so it might be a while anyway.

    Overrated.

I'm with you. Just a note though, the black delrin will get a shiny, smooth finish as you use it. Durocoat might be the better option if you don't want that?

Green ScotchBrite pad. Emory cloth. Many ways to skin a cat, but my favorite is to boil them alive :stirthepot:

"Anyway, like I was sayin', cat is the fruit of the alley. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. There's uh, cat-kabobs, cat creole, cat gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple cat, lemon cat, coconut cat, pepper cat, cat soup, cat stew, cat salad, cat and potatoes, cat burger, cat sandwich. That- that's about it."

    Progress, 3wk.
These 3 are already duracoated, just need to meet up and grab them back

    20181020_115646.jpg

Remaining in the back row (pic below) are nearly finished, just need to turn 2 spheres and knurl a delrin ring and aluminum knob before engraving the stainless and Ti. Still need to make a few delrin V2 collars as well.

Not the greatest quality of food or sleep, but it's happening. Nice to be on the home stretch at least, so I can calm down a little bit.

Pretty much developed right here on the boards. It's the people's shift knob.
