The lens on the pro grills is almost 1/4 inch thick.

They have been installed without any dash lights coming on or issues. I have had a couple a people message me saying there pre collision light is coming on, but they haven’t had it recalibrated yet.

I will stand behind these grills and will fix any issues that may come up.

Still have to get my TSS recalibrated but it looks pretty good IMO.

Does anyone know what a recalibration costs or if it voids your warranty?

It took me about a half hour to install. The figment is pretty good. I had to apply some decent pressure to get it to sit down all the way.

As far as the TSS recalibration goes I just got off the phone with the Toyota dealership and they told me 2 hours of shop time which comes out to $300. If anyone has any info on how to do this for less money please chime in. I personally feel like 2 hours to do this is waaaay to long but maybe I am mistaken.

I guess I don't really understand the need to recalibrate, is the dash light on? I feel like I haven't heard of this issue from people swapping to a trd pro grill. Can someone please enlighten me?

Well that sucks man, I wasn't planning on it becoming a 600 dollar grill replacement if it in fact will cost 300 to have it recalibrated.

My thoughts exactly. If I don’t get any bites here for this issue then I am going to start a new thread to try and get some help for this issue.

$150 an hour they're high. I can live without tss for that. I wouldn't be driving if I needed that kind of assistance to rely on

But I've read a bunch of places there's no need for a recalibration on new grilles they work fine

I am starting to think the issue mentioned yesterday of the panel covering the sensor is the
So do you guys think this is the issue? I haven't heard of anyone needing to recalibrate when switching grills

If I didn't want the tss to work I would have purchased a grill without the cutout in the first place

I didn't purchase this thing to then "try" things to make it function properly. Are you just trolling in here or what? If you purchased this I feel like you would also want it to work correctly
