    Thats what my concern is. I'd rather find a way to mount a single sideways without welding it on. I was thinking beefy angle brackets.

    Its just another thing to watch out for. Plus my truck is pretty much a prius :anonymous: so I'm not sure what i even need gas for. I have had to avoid situations because the cans might scrape. HOWEVER it does look great!

    Yea, they are bad ass looking, that for sure. Plus, with 5 gals I can get safely about 65 - 70 miles out of trouble.

    Since the tire is already blocking the view, why not mount them up higher? Say another 8".
