Your positive enthusiasm is refreshing to see, that’ll be crushed within a week. Hahaha. Welcome to TW.

Release the MT. AT babies can wait. MT needs love too and they are always getting rimmed with no lube.

Finish 1.05 then make some nice simple variants like was mentioned earlier to accommodate big tires, big tires with gears, medium ties with armor, etc etc. then tell everyone to go into pause mode while you rewrite the whole freakin thing more like how you mentioned Ford and other manufacturers do it. Design your custom intake and incorporate a MAP sensor in there then create an old school tune that works. None of the 4D shit and 200 thousand transmission maps that all end at the same stoopid shift fiasco no matter how you drive it.

I havent been tuned yet, no dongle. Handheld is what finally convinced me to pull the trigger. Im not very computer literate and knew I would screw up the dongle method. Been watching and reading every thread since the begining, even paid a dollar and reserved a tune during the 103 pre sale last year.

I advance ordered one of the handhelds, I'd say delay 1.05 as long as necessary to get it in good shape. Matt maybe has to balance how many will flip out with a delay vs. how many will flip out if he releases it very soon and it's not perfect. Imho people get a little too excited.

That $1 preorder reserved you an order once items came in stock again, I took advantage of the same preorder. Sounds like you didn't and elected to wait til the handheld was announced, which is fine. Just trying to establish the timeline here. At any rate, Mat said handhelds will ship with 1.05 around when 1.05 drops, but idk what the time difference will be between the handheld shipping and the tune file via flash manager

think I did read that. So the Power Map / 93 Octane won't do much for us. :(

Agreed, however more people from various levels of trucks should be brought on board for testing. The current testors could be placebo'd by now and making things up because they are over critical. Some new minds on the subject might bring to light things the others have missed...

I was anxious to see the changes for the A/T as I was having a shit time with it for a long while. But, yesterday pulled the plug and changed to the M/T. Loving the M/T, and would love to see what the m/t users gain with this tuner before considering getting it. As of now, trucks enjoyable as heck to drive unlike my A/T.

Don't care. Having had a 17 AT, and now an 18MT, I know how both feel, and well, the AT, only purpose anyone would keep it, is because they have 0 knowledge of driving an MT, or else they'd have made the switch. MT>AT

Strong words kemosabee. I have an AT, no plans to get rid of it, and I do know my way around a manual.... have a weekender in the garage.

Each has their strengths and appeals.
