All nooks & crannies now upgraded with Dog Hair!
Play around in Death Valley or the Mojave Road or any number of places with that dirt which is like talcum powder and that shit just gets everywhere. Just up in Oregon in the Newberry Volcanic National Monument and ALL the dirt EVERYwhere is like that...no nook or cranny left undusted.

replaced my u-joints today, which turned out to be a major PITA, but should be able to head to california tomorrow without the awful squeaks and vibration.

Really beginning to wonder if the tire shop even bled my brakes today. Before I changed the pads and rotors, everything worked fine. I change the pads and rotors, and make the tiny mistake of cracking the bleeder to assist in compressing a stuborn piston. So I bleed it some. Pedal was rock hard and the brakes worked fine. Drove it this morning and the pedal sorta kinda skips just working it while sitting in a parking lot. So, I pay a place that knows me as a previous customer $100 to flush my brakes. Then they tell me I need a master cylinder, as the skipping isnt air related. Also, the pedal is softer after I brought it to them than before I brought it in. Gonna take it to my dealer tomorrow for an eval. Brake fluid was clean for as long as Ive had the truck. No sludge or anything. I have a hunch this tire shop has lost a customer.

Lol... didn't any other option than to go to the local Dealership.

"Local Dealership" and "ripped off" are synonymous.

    I suppose.

You could've ordered all those parts online on Camelback's website.

I would have... if gunny would answer his PMs.

I PMed him over a week ago, and I've tagged him in 3 or 4 posts... no response.

He's like that, he's a busy guy. But you can still order from their website and it'll be 100x cheaper than a local dealer.

If it's dusty it sticks, if it's wet it doesn't get that far.

Their parts catalog on their page only goes back to '06. And I didn't have part numbers for everything.

There’s a foam seal between the vent and the plumbing, I’m sure it just got old and broke down.
