    Anyone have the Redline Tuning QuickLIFT struts? If so, did you go with the elite or plus versions? I'm thinking about jumping on that group buy, but am having difficulty deciding which one to go with. It looks like the only difference is stainless for the elite and no stainless for the plus. Am I missing something else?

    I went with the elite version since the stainless looked good and the price was right. The only issue I had was worrying about going through the hood when drilling the holes for the rivets. You'll also need a heavy duty riveter to set the rivets that come in the packet.

    A thing or two...
    I've had quicklift struts on my truck for a long time without issues. I'd have to look it up, but I've had them on for probably 8-10 years. I have the black struts. They maybe getting a little worn at this point because they won't lift the hood anymore but still hold it up.
