Working on a aluminum canopy for my truck. I dont have room to store all the stuff i'd take off so i was thinking of just selling it all as a complete "bolt-on dont ruin your truck parts bin."

    $4000 is what I thought.

    What i'd have:
    Taillights
    tailgate
Bed / Bedsides cut for Pelfrey HC rear bumper (SuperWhite under the gray wrap)
Pelfrey HC rear bumper w/ 2X Baja Designs Squadron lights
Wilco hitch gate modified to work with high clearance rear bumper
    Snugtop sportsman
    Front Runner rack

That seems steep for a package deal. You're really looking for a pretty unique buyer who wants all of that exactly as you have it. You either have to be patient, or willing to take less money. I think the big ticket items are the bumper, rack, and shell? And those are like 3k new? Maybe 4k with your options.

The guys you're trying to sell this to already have a bed, tailgate, tail lights... Is installing a pre-cut bed really easier than cutting your own? Plus you're hoping the color matches?

I think you're pricing it on what it's worth to you and not what it's worth to a buyer. But post it and see. Maybe the stars align and some guy who wrecked his bed going off road who has really been thinking he needs a shell and a rack and happens to drive a white shortbed truck who happens to live in the same state as you will be stoked. Good luck.

Honestly, maybe $2.5k. Depends on your local market, and frankly, luck.

Might be better off separating all that stuff and hope you get close to the 4K figure. You'd be hard pressed to find someone who's going from a flat bed setup back to the Bed setup.

My thoughts though. Free 99 to you.

    Definitely high (unfortunately).

Agree with @dynamicweight , waiting for such a niche buyer will be a waste. Part out the rear and itll be sold in a month for possibly more than you think. Alot of people will pay almost full asking price for not having to wait on lead times.

my original thought was 3.5 but then said let’s say 4 and see.

i kinda thought for some of the guys leasing that are modding but want to be able to return to stock bolting all this directly on would be a better solution than cutting. might be way off base.

i didn’t pick prices based on what i think it’s worth but approximately halved what buying the items would cost. i realize it’s specific and kinda weird. assuming someone had space to store a bed, which i didn’t. dunno just spitballing here.

Guys that are leasing are either
    A. Dont give a shit because they will purchase the lease and will mod regardless (like me lol)
Or B. Dont want to mod because it's probably their first truck and leasing seemed like a good idea to get a taste of the "truck life"

I think location also matters for your market. Where are you?

I'm in Socal, which is possibly the HQ for modded Tacoma's.
