Yet Another Grille Option......?

I've had my 2018 Cement TRD OR DCSB for a little over two months now and have been researching all the grille options out there. To go along with de-badging the truck and installing Cement-colored rear bumper covers and black wheel overlays, I want to do something about the grille.

I'm pretty sure I want to just change the chrome bezel to the black SR version. That only leaves the large chrome Toyota emblem in the center of the grille that covers the TSS sensor.

Does anyone know if any vendor offers a decal to overlay the chrome emblem? A flat black emblem on a gloss background would be perfect. I assume it would not affect the TSS.

Any vendors out there that offer such a decal or would be interested in making one?

I could just cover the piece in black vinyl or carbon fiber looking 3M Di-Noc, but having the contrasting emblem would look better.

 

@rrentrop has them, but I think he said he wasn't sure if it would interfere with the TSS. I think he said you can just order the one for the '16-'17 model but add a note that you want the '18+ version.

After doing a bit of research, I think I'm going to try painting my bezel Black Chrome before buying the SR bezel. It will be a better match with the actual grille.

It's worth a shot for $9.00 worth of Dupli-Color paint. I've used this product before with good results.
