How much was it for them to not calibrate it?

I worked on one today that had the dash light coming on. You need to make sure that the sensor is centered in the grill. I was also able to make some spacers to maintain the same angle as factory. All factory settings are now normal.

I will be sending washers out to people that are having issues. Please PM if you are having a light come on.

I’m just out for dinner and I will post more details later. Thanks for all your feedback. Ill get this straightened out for everyone.

I did have an issue this morning it kept saying it was off even when it was on. The only reason this bothers me is cause you can't use cruise without your TSS on... such BS. Lucky if you have a 2017!

But last night on the way home from the install I had no issues...

You can use cruise without TSS. Press and hold the cruise control on button and it will be regular cruise control

I will go ahead and get the new washers shipped out to everyone. That should resolve the TSS issues as it has for my customer here. It did take about 15 minute drive before the light turned off.

If you are lifted or have larger tires and the new washers aren't working I will work with you on making you some custom ones. I don't think that will be the case though as essentially the sensor would be close to the stock location.

    Thanks for your patience guys.

It's no problem man this stuff can be expected with aftermarket products. I have all the time in the world to resolve it. Not life or death!

Thank you man!!!! I still know its a pain, Ill do my best to get it done as soon as I can.

I'm looking at getting the washer machined as we speak. Doesn't look like anything off the self will work. I will cut them all by hand if need be, its just a little more accurate getting them machined.

Little update guys. Still waiting to hear what kind of lead times the machine shop will have. I should know more tomorrow, but I will start making them by hand this weekend. So I will have some shipping out early next week.

    Thanks everyone!
