Honestly , about 1,300. I eat a bunch of lean protein. Like tuna/Turkey/chicken are 90% of my diet.

Just be careful. It's much easier to get used to eating more, than it is to cut it back after you have to drop activity for whatever life throws at you. BTW, PB and bananas.......:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

    Curious question!

What’s yalls favorite muscles to workout/watch grow.

Leg day is becoming my favorite day quickly. It’s always fun to kill em and feel the burn for the next couple days.

Back is hard! I’m just now starting to see muscle definition.

Also got a couple upper ab muscle popping up too finally.

Back is the hardest for me to work imo. I haven’t found excersizes I love and that make it burn yet

What works for me is giving myself 1-2 cheat meals a week starting out. My Fitness Pal I use every day for watching what I eat, it just keeps me abreast of where I am calorie wise. After a while it becomes habit.

For reducing fat you’re right, but core work is absolutely necessary for general athleticism and if ab aesthetics are a goal. “Abs are made in the kitchen” is one of the biggest half truths that exists on the internet.

Not really. Eating is 90% of abs.

I disagree. Having a strong core definitely comes from workouts. If you diet enough to be skin and bones, sure you’ll have abs. But if you want chiseled/defined abs then you definitely have to put in work.
