Serious question. Not being a dick. Do you have abs?

If you’re doing heavy deadlifts and squats... maybe. I don’t do a ton of direct core work and maintain decent but not great abs. If I want to really get them to a good place though they have to be targeted like anything else.

I mean idk. It’s not really a 6 pack or anything to brag about if you don’t have any core muscles.

6 pack? Nope. Slim waistline, but ask again me in about 3 months.

Ah. Well if you have a 6 pack in 3 months without doing ab workouts, I’ll say bravo. But you’re making claims on something you haven’t done. Thats always fun. Good luck man.

    I guess we’ll see.

Edit: That 10% is ab work like I said earlier, but challenge accepted.

:woot: tbh this thread is already cool cause we can have discussions without people getting butthurt.

I wish I could say I’d have abs in 3 months but it’s gonna take me a while to get rid of the winter coat I have on top of em

Every lift I do I always do 10 reps of each weight with every exercise. So leg press I worked my way up to 810lbs and did that till failure. 3 reps lol
My left knee us fucked up so I couldn't do squats. Lol

 I do the same except I don’t build up the weights. Just goto failure with every set 3-4 times depending on energy and burn.

    810? That’s fucking impressive
