Why not go up in weight?
My theory of 10 reps is, it's a good warmup. Till you work your way up to your max. And for me. If I can do 10 reps of let's say 225. Then I know I can do one or two reps of 275.

And 810 leg press is after a month of not doing legs. I'd usually max out around 1000lbs

Mr. Hyde. It’s a high caffeine one lol apparently not high enough :anonymous:

Andddd id go up in weight but then by the 3rd set I’d be doing 4-5 reps  I usually get around 8-10-12 reps when I goto failure.

Do you mix it with water? If you do, try less water or just pour it in your mouth and some water.

More often maybe, but not as much....... I sling some weights, but my workouts are more around joint maintenance and I rarely go over 1.5 body weight on anything.

Oh this for sure! The older I get the more I feel this needing to be done. To many days out of the gym and I feel my shoulder and elbows hurting. Right now it's my left knee

I've never been into max lifting personally, so that part is easily not missed. But to your point, I've also seen the joint/ligament issues from longer-term lifters and also the "slave to the weights" of maintaining the bulk, and to me, I've never wanted to pursue for those reasons. So I basically use the weights to keep some tone and also to push ROM for some of those FUJ (freaked up joints).

But, we're all adults and make our own decisions based on what we know and want. Izall good.

These pants fit me 4 months ago. It’s crazy after you lose weight and you put on your old clothes.

Like I still have weight to lose. But putting on my old pants is like fuck... I was WAY overweight. Can’t believe I let myself get that bad.
