I thought that too, until I saw its driver get out. Some kid my age, maybe even younger. The comminity college I go to has a huge early college program.

You seem to forget to forget that there are three types of people who own 1st gens.
    1. Young people as this is the only generation we can afford.
    2. People who actually go overland/crawling/desert running etc.
    3. Old people who cant give up their mini truck.

What about the people that actually do number 2 too?

    Mixture of 1 and 2.

And people in living in dense cities that still want trucks but also need to park them in public areas. Beach parking is the #1 reason we went with a 1st gen over 2ns gen.

I do enjoy parking in the "compact only" parking spots. Because mini truck.

Pretty much. I want more too. Love the compact size too much to go to a second generation

Ive been driving my dads 2nd gen the past few days while mine was getting the brake issue worked out. It's a 4.0 with the 6 speed. I enjoy the raw power compared to my 3rz, but parking it at my school was a pain. He actually drove my truck home from the dealer last night and complimented me on how smooth mine rode with the lift on it, compared to his 92 pickup.

    That's why I own a 5 lug, and a 6 lug.

I'm a mix of 2 and 3, thinking that 2 also includes hunting, and getting around in muddy conditions.

Yeah, theyre probably gone by now anyways. When I sold my 3rd gen Sr5 wheels, it was like 4 hours after I listed them. I have some 3rd gen 4Runner limited wheels waiting for powdercoat. Only got like another $150 I need to set aside, so hopefully within the next month or so I can get that done.

The dude who bought mine worked at a used car lot. He was gonna replace some steelies on a 3rd gen to help it sell better. Here are my wheels: Screenshot_2018-09-02-20-17-47.jpg

I'm thinking about selling my stock rims but I have no clue what I would even list them for. I would also include the tires on them, 265/70/16 Yokohama Geolander ATs with a good amount of tread left.
