I dunno I just don't have any interest in it...I like the wheels the PO put on my truck and I don't even know what they are. But why change them or have others just laying around? Not like it's that easy to just swap new wheels on, unless you have a different set of tires mounted to them I guess.

The PO put some wheels on my truck that I've always been happy with, I painted them black though

aren't those not street legal (true beadlocks)?

I've never had a problem with the tire coming off the bead and I've run my tires as low as 8psi. Usually around 15 though. I do worry about it a little more now with the skinny tires since they don't sit as well on the wheels as the wider tires did.

A lot, lol. I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with my MPGs being so shitty, too. But I work like 5 miles from home so I don't worry about it that much anymore.

I actually need to remove the rack and re-install it...the well nuts that hold it in place inside the roof are rattling around on one side and it's driving me fucking crazy.

Yaah I think most arnt dot appoved. But idk why.

Pretty sure most companies say that to reduce their liability, because if the bolts come lose while driving and then cause a leak (which im sure is super rare) then they dont wanna be sued.

Yeah most aren't. I believe there is one company that makes street legal ones now but I forget the name of them, saw them here. Then there's those Method wheels they call street legal beadlocks but they're aren't true beadlocks.

I've never seen any evidence that there is any law saying it's illegal, everyone is always quick to say it is, but nobody ever has proof. I believe there was even a reward for a while on pirate4x4 for anybody that came up with a concrete answer either way. But I'm pretty sure the general rule is there isn't actually a law against it
