Door handle swap?

What’s up everyone, looking to swap out my 2017 Tacoma Limited door handles with chrome accent to just color match ones ( silver) anyone out there they would possibly swap ? Wouldn’t hurt to ask around instead of spending the hefty price tag for new ones.. thanks

I have a spare MGM laying around from my smart handle swap. I second the question above. What color?

 

I have inferno, and have considered going to black. I debadged everything and only have black accents. May have to photoshop it and see.

You'll have to buy the smart handle. I'd highly doubt anyone would give up their smart handle for a "dumb" handle.

 

The ones I have are smart handle so I was looking to make an even trade

 

The smart handle is super awesome. But at least one handle should include a keyed lock for situations when moving parts or power fails. A bit of redundancy may save the day. Thus, I think everyone with double smart handles should trade one smart handle to everyone who has double plain handles. Case settled. ;-)

 

Um... the factory smart handle DOES have a key... and that portion is actually not part of the handle. As far as I'm aware. Theres no such thing as factory passenger smart handle. It's a mod only type thing.

Has anyone painted the handle caps with automotive touch up paint? Do the handle covers pop off ? I hate to buy new handles just of the color. Almost $400

 

Vinyl wrap would be the easiest. Maybe @rrentrop makes a decal for the chrome limited door handle?
