Hello all, I have a TRD OR DCSB stock with a heavy duty ARE cap on the bed. Now I'll be lifting it using the 5100s at .85 with the Eibach coils. Now as far as the rear, I've been reading that AAL is not a good option as I carry 350 in the bed plus the cap. It sags as is, will a new leaf pack make the rear end too high? Thanks.

If any one has pics of the route I'm taking with a so please post it.

Dakar XL. There are other options, but I think they are pricier

Cap + load + dirt bike (maybe) = definitely will sag with AAL.

I have the ARE CX HD + Steel bumper + camping gear ... barely sags

I’m in the same boat but with a big saggy long bed. I want to lift everything eventually but want to do it right so I’m waiting until the funding is available. But that weak factory leaf pack is driving me crazy.

    I don't have a dirt bike lol

Based on your picture, figured you'd carry the bike mounted on the hitch

But yeah, look into Dakar XL

I with with HD Dakars which gives a 2.5" lift @ 500 lbs of static load. I also put super bumps on. Dry it's a little ass-high but fully loaded with our mountain bikes on the back it's at worst level with a couple inches of travel before the bumpstops. Absolutely love the setup. In my opinion the stock leaf packs aren't worth spending money on an AAL. I'd just upgrade the whole leaf pack. If you aren't looking for a lift then a Dakar medium duty will probably be about right. You can always add the overload leaf to that too if you do decide you want more lift.
