I get that, but why are you boiling it?! Go to
Home Depot or Lowes and pick up some 5 gallon pre filled water bottles. People rushed the grocery chains at the beginning of the week and forgot that the hardware stores stock water....

We've never used tap water for cooking or drinking so we keep about 10 water gallons filled at any given point so we're all set for a few weeks. :D

You know what would be LEGIT?!
    A bulletin board @ COTA....

Somewhere we can post my badass calendar flyer, events calendar, future events flyers, club membership info and faqs, vendor partnership details, toy drive details, TTC Swag prices, CJs Wood Ad..... Possibilities are endless!

What phase of world domination plans are we on? I mean, trailer plans, what phase are we on? Do we need to raise funds? Car wash? Bake sale?

Can we at least get a temporary bulletin board til then?

Hey Blake! Well cool you coach and for women's UT club team!

My daughter has been playing since she was 7... dad played Men's Indoors on a traveling team for like 8 years, USVBA then beach like forever. Then I got old and slow....and maxing out the Advil! (pic of partner and I on a surf trip in Mex, near Ixtapa, played in a tournament there...)

Her last year of playing club she was recruited and played for AVA's top team as an outside. AVA's Director, Jerry Linch, and I use to play with/against each other back when we were 'youngin's'.
She always played beach and before I became a dinosaur played as my partner in a coed league for a few years.
She spent 3 summers in Manhattan Beach, CA. in a rented house with some other players and a few mom's. Her first trip out there she calls me up and says,
"Dad I want to live here....and I said yeah me too!"

So dad bragging rights of sorts.....
She played last weekend in Ft. Walton Beach, FL., Women's A's 4's. 300+ teams! They took first place. They were actually down 8-2. Daughter came up to serve, she jump serves floaters and top spins, got 4 aces in a row, then 3 points, then another ace and another point. They won 11-9 (playing old school, side out points). First time they had ever played together.
She played last year for HBU on a athletic scholarship for beach. She was 3rd seed, D1. She and her partner had a winning season. I also did all the photography for HBU as their official photographer. Was fun since I got to be right on the court versus stands.
Her and her BF who plays for Texas A&M club indoors as both a middle and right side played in the ESPN Sunfest beach tournament in Galveston this summer. They took first. I told them to pose it up, show me your muscles, for the pic. ; )
She goes to UH now, not playing indoors.
She now coaches indoors and beach for GCVA.

Anyway, great you get to coach, no doubt that is a big commitment time wise, hard but rewarding!
    Maybe see you at COTA?

Earliest birds get there around 6, I usually roll in around 6.30 and I'd suggest rolling in before 9am in order to not miss out on the food goodies, but honestly anytime is great....
