I'm honestly surprised more haven't entered so far.

I got a feeling everyone is going to be putting up last minute entries, so @Misplaced Nebraskan doesn't steal their ideas and win this thing again.

I think @Misplaced Nebraskan is probably out trying to acquire Unicorn Meat for his entry.

 

I'm a little surprised, too! Granted, I should have had a prize package photo taken (maybe tonight?) to kind of pique the interest.

Should we push the entry deadline back a week?

 

Might be a good idea as a lot of people seem to be out of town right now.

 

That may help. I know hunting season has started and peeps are out doing that.

 

The weather has been bad here but going to be nice this weekend, Zach has been crazy busy at work.

If for no reason other than helping me out, I'm going to go ahead and push this back out another week. The new submission deadline will be November 4th, with the poll open/close adjusting accordingly.

I've felt like dog shit most of the past week. I haven't gotten my pictures taken, haven't spent much time on here talking about the cook-off, etc.

This lets me get my stuff together and hopefully gives a few willing folks enough time to get their cook in. @Kanyon71 provided some awesome prizes and they need a little time in the spotlight, too .

I'll keep my head on a swivel for @nDub throwing a chicken leg at me for extending it .

 

I just logged on to check if it was extended. I may still do something Sunday, since I need to eat anyway.

 

Should get some pictures of the prize packages out there, make them want it even more.

 

Yeah, that's what I haven't gotten around to.

It's been work, home, eat, tea, sleep. Trying to get over this crud. Feeling better now, though, so hopefully I'll get them up tonight.

 

I had something Monday night that was not fun. It passed by Wednesday, but I’m still recovering from it. The two 30 packs I just picked up should help.

 

If I could just get away with putting a little whiskey in my tea while up at the office, I'd be over this already .

 

Need to work remotely.

If no one else enters we can just split all the prizes between us.
