C4 Fab 05-11 Tacoma Lo-Pro winch bumper. (AVAILABLE SOON!)

Hey everyone, we recently picked up an 08 Access Cab TRD OR to use for some new product development. The plan for this truck is to design and completely outfit it with a full lineup of our high quality, adventure proven armor! Stay tuned to see all of the products we come up with, but for now we wanted to kick it off with one of our Lo-Pro winch bumpers.
This particular product has been a great seller across multiple platforms for us and we wanted to expand into some slightly older models to fill the demand.

Here are some photos of the first one we were fitting together last week. The bumper is now fully assembled waiting to get powder coated. Once it is installed we will get some more photos.

The bumper options will be basically the same as the other Lo-Pro's we offer:
-Can be ordered with or without bull bar.
-Can be ordered with or without light bar cutout.
-Light bar cutout options will be 20", 25" and 30".
-Made to fit single row light bars only.
-All bumpers come with integrated winch mount and 3/4" thick D-ring tabs.
-Should be compatible with all skid plate manufacturers including TRD Pro skid.
-Fits 8k-12k winches.
-No custom options will be available, Example: adding hitch receiver tube, getting bumper without winch mount or without front access cutouts, custom height bull bar, cutouts for dual row light bars.
-We do not offer powder coat.
-Pricing will be around the same as our 12-15 Tacoma Lo-Pro bumper which starts at $625.00.

At last something for us pre refresh Taco owners! Looks awesome, I'm in for one!
Any idea of the final product weight? (just the bumper). I'm just about to get my suspension done and need to know if I should up the spring weight. I'm will NOT run a winch but a light bar, yes!

Also any cutting of the OEM plastic bumper required?

No lies guys - I recently powder coated your C4 Fab' Low Pro 4Runner Bumper for a customer and I have to say - DAUMN! Excellent welds, intricate stamping - but really, what I like the most are about every seam is seam welded!

Total quality !!!

 

Awesome! Weight will be about 70lbs for the bumper itself.
Cutting is required, basically just the center portion where the steel bumper fits into the plastic needs to be cut out. Other than that its an easy direct bolt on setup.

Yes we are excited to be the only company offering an option like this for the 05-11.

 

How different is the approach/front end clearance vs a normal plate bumper (just in the center section, obviously the 'wings' in front of the wheels are a huge difference)? Seems like it's not too far off, but I've never have found a good side by side comparison

Y'all have a rear bumper for second gens??

 

A full replacement bumper would fit a bit tighter and provide a better approach angle than the Lo-Pro, however the two don't really compare apples to apples. The Lo-Pro is made to fit the needs of those who want to keep the overall cost and weight down while maintaining a more stock appearance and gaining the performance of a winch and light.
