Does anyone know if it’s possible to run the stock 16”wheels with 295s and spacers on spindles, or is that too big and will be touching the spindle. Considering this setup soon.

Wheels need to have a minimum of 4.5" backspacing. 295 might be able to work without spacers. Might also have to do some trimming. It's doable though. I say go for it

Thanks man, I’ve got a little while longer left in my current (highway) tires then I’ll probably try out the spindles. 1.5” seems to be the general consensus on a big enough spacer, I’ll probably try that

Sure, no problem! Are you using OEM wheels?

Ah, okay. You're right man, you'll definitely need spacers because IIRC you can't use OEM wheels with spindles without spacers. Hopefully someone else can confirm this.

For sure, I know I’ll have to use spacers regardless because of the backspacing of the OEM wheels. I know some have done it with 285s, i’m just concerned bigger tire sizes might just be too wide. Thanks dude.

Haven't had a chance to read through the whole thread. Did anyone experience creaking or popping sounds when turning or braking after maxtrac install?
