I purchased a used 2016 tacoma less than 10,000 miles. It has several accessories such as a backup camera. But for some reason came with standard wipers.
    1. Toyota doesn't want or can't do and upgrade to intermittent?????
    2. Youtube show that it is possible to upgrade.
    3. If it can be upgraded does the wiper motor have to be upgraded as well as the control arm?

    thanks for any assistance,
    kspjoe

From what I've seen on here it is a matter of taking the stock stalk out and installing one with the intermittent options. There was a good thread about it on here but I don't recall the OP.

Doesn't get much easier than the process detailed by @moe2o4 - even I could do it!

Thanks everyone, I was led to believe that I would have to replace the wiper motor also. I should be able to pull this off.
