I know loctite isn't very good at securing delrin, so you would definitely have to check with your professional on that.

I found a local guy that cerakotes and laser engraves, might give that a go if his prices are good. My friend has all of his rifles done up through him, excellent quality.

Also calling out to those next up, hit me with a mailing address if you haven't already. After checking PM's and PayPal info, I only have 8 addresses of 15 orders on the spreadsheet!

PM's have been sent to 4 of the 10 that are ready to ship, so if you didn't get a PM (or direct email) I already have yours.

Similar thing here. Had my Ruger SR40 lower done at a local PC/CK shop. Phenomenal job!
I'd imagine if they coat a poly pistol frame, they might be able to do delrin.

Labels created, tracking info sent, and a few shipping $$ refunded to some (which probably shows from a different email addy).

(not dropping off until the morning though, no chance I make it to the PO with Fri traffic)

The psychology behind all of this is rather interesting. Usually I am trying my best to ignore everything negative that could potentially happen. However, during this particular time ... seeing the finished lineup before they go out I get brief moments of catharsis.

Gets even better when somebody is happy enough to share photos when it arrives. I have done a lot of crazy shit in my career (some things I have made are orbiting Earth, or even mounted to fighter jets), but this is far more fulfilling.

Naww, this was for Lockheed Martin circa 2003-2005. Can't say what it was for, because lawyers exist and what not.

Did some tiny fuel system components for Raytheon projectiles. Also, for Northrop Grumman we worked on a camera(speculating it was for a weapons system) retrofitted to an F16. This is where I really learned how to cut Ti (for 90hrs a week for a full year).

That's really it as far as notable stuff.

I guess machining 99.9% pure silver (blood testing equipment) for DuPont's TA Instruments division was pretty cool, too. The raw bar stock was 1.75" diameter and 44" long.

It was for Skylab, you got me ... and my job was to cleverly engrave penises on every part.

I highly recommend that movie btw (Flashpoint Paradox). It's quite dark, but in a good way.

Like Monty Python dark? Or like Edgar Allen Poe dark?

It is quite violent for animated, but doesn't feel over the top or anything.

I received a Rick's package. It wasn't as big as I had imagined. However, it absolutely satisfied.
