How much are you paying for your 2018 Tacoma?

Long beds are pricier. I actually just picked up a magnetic grey OR with tech from Longo. $34xxx msrp was $38xxx. I forget the exact numbers.

 

Talked mine down from 37,900 to 33,985

I bought a 2018 DCLB TRD OR with the Technology Package in Kansas for a sale price of $34,000 at the end of September. MSRP was $39,872. Taxes, etc., added about $3,100, so your price is probably pretty good. The 2018s will be getting scarce.

 

I bought my 2018 TRD Off-Road 4x4 with technology package today.

MSRP was $39,995 and I paid $34,200 and I got them to throw in a TRD PRO front grille. Not sure how I did but I feel good about the deal. The grille will be in this Wednesday.

Nope... highway miles are likely better... constant, relatively low rpm (compared to range). It’s actually a pretty good shake-out period for the truck as a whole.

 

How is your MSRP over 3k more then normal? I don’t see steps, mud flaps or anything to add to the base MSRP proce.

 

No, sale price is what people post. OTD varies a lot from state to state. Tax, Title and license fees are different in each state.

That’s what my listed MSRP was. I’ll try and see if they stuck my window sticker in with my paperwork.

 

My MSRP per window sticker is $39,356.00. The dealer then added window tint and nitrogen fill and called it the “Toyota appearance dealer add on” for $599. I never even noticed that in the paper work or that would have been negotiated even more. It had the MSRP listed at $39,995.00 but now obviously I understand that’s after their add one. OTD was $35,572 regardless of how the numbers fell.

 

Still doesn’t add up, MSRP with Tech is 37k. MSRP is not changed by dealer add ons like tint, which I hope they actually did to your truck. The factory glass has dye in it but not actual window tint.
The MSRP you are posting would have to have 3k worth of Toyota accessories like mud flaps, steps, bed cover, chrome tip etc.

 

Makes sense now, that’s why I asked first post what was added on to raise MSRP.

 

Gotcha. Hard to explain without looking at it. Had to go get it haha. Also they matched the front windows to the rears. Not worth even close to the added price but I’m still overall happy with the deal. Ready to get the grille in and installed.
