Gooooooood morning TTC! I think I missed some of you! Going to run the errands below, and clean up the truck!

@ChadsPride, important TTC question! Can I bring bacon? How much? If covered, tortillas? How much? Or let me know. I brought lots of plates last time, @Mrprotaganist should still have them. Let me know.

That’s why I’m glad my wife had a Prius. I can wash, wax, vacuum, and dust it in less than an hour. My tuck notsomuch.
Pretty sure #5 was “Engorged Raven.”

Ah, yes, timing Dallas. Going North, no problem. Coming South.....we hit North Dallas 5:45. Wrecks (only blocking ONE lane) 635/75, 635/30, 635/Gross Rd, 20/35E. At 7:30, we were finally at Red Oak.

Kum&Go has bought out most of the stations we used to stop at, and I had to use a credit card in Joplin at what used to be a Shell. They are nice stores, but I got a pump that would not give me unleaded, and it put E15(!) into the Hybrid. Thankfully, nothing went wrong, and actually got decent mileage. But I used as much as I could up, so they next fill would not be contaminated.

@Oldie2007 I have the plates you brought last time, as far as food goes, we never really keep good track of who's bringing what so whatever shows up is what's cooked. As my mom always says, "if all we have to eat are beans and salsa, then we'll eat beans and salsa but we won't starve!"

That being said.... @ChadsPride any leads on our cooks for tomorrow?! :transformer: or do we need to show up with our stoves just in case?

I was planning on making multiple stops, to try to do just that. But I switched the dash over to monitor engine frequently (which is so cool to do), and everything stayed fine. In fact, MPG was going UP. So I as we went along, I just tried to use it all up. We filled up in North Dallas at about a quarter tank, which is more than enough to get home, so when I fill again next week, it should be pretty diluted. I don't think I breathed a happy breath until about Muskogee! :bananadead:
