Any surfers in Seattle??

My brother and his girlfriend go to Westport all the time to surf. They bought me a surfboard for my bday earlier this year and I'm hooked. I'm down to go!

I don't even care about the weather as long as the waves are good. What about the strait or van island in the winter? West coast is often just victory at sea in winter months when swells are gigantic

I've only been out a few times and only at Westport. My brother has been talking about a trip to Oregon coast.

 

Yeah down there is good too but I live in Bremerton so strait is way closer and some of the good breaks in OR have really aggro locals. They can barely get up let alone do turns but don't wanna share
