So folks need brakes for the 4runner, looking at just ordering everything from Rock Auto and go with Raybestos. Anybody with bad luck with them? Looking at their tow/haul pads and the rust preventive coated rotors. $172 is a lot cheaper then anything else I found

So I get home today to find a big dead branch on the ground right where I normally park the truck, well that's good luck I took the truck to work today.
I was in the garage changing the thermostat to my POS Civic when I here a loud bang...son of a bitch another branch cracked my windshield on the truck!
    Eh I needed a new windshield anyways:thumbsup:

    Some stuff
Then after that install, a quality start-up.
A good install, means nothing, if the tech dialing the system in, has no patience, or just doesn't care(taillight warranty).

Those are the reasons I do my own. No one is going to care about my equipment as much as I do.
Part of the reason my installs take FOREVER. I'm so critical....

Anyway, working to prep for the spray foam today.
Work tomorrow, for a short notice shut-down of a plant, and I have a float, and some piping to fix.... and hopefuoly out that to bed once and for all.
Im seriously torn on hoping something either falls on the Charger, or doesn't.....

So idk what toyota makes their windshields with or I just keep getting lucky with my trucks. Both Tacoma’s took a lot of beatings. 4Runner got its first victim with a flying tree branch while driving. Small scratch to the hood and a nick in the glass. Thankfully nothing went through or the wife would have had a nasty time.

Your getting lucky like me! Past 4 years I've gone through 2 windshields and a rear window on last truck, and it seems to continue with new truck 1 windshield.
Maybe I should cut some trees down....yeah right!

Haha two previous Tacoma’s took some serious rock rash to them. Almost chunks taken out of them. This 4Runner seems to attract every flying piece of crap on the road, and now has a good size scratch in the windshield

Yeah it’s terrible here. House sitting for the parents. Couple trees down. Sounds like a freight train
