    About to test drive to see if I have the bypass valve correct. My potentially effed maf sensor prevents good launches though. Ugh.

    Did you adjust the valve with the blower installed?

    Maybe, and the methanol is diluted. Just something to be knowledgeable and aware of.

    If the pump goes out or anything the iat sensor will just read what the temp is still. Will just be warmer

    I did it blower installed. Its frustrating. But way easier than dating. Today I took off the cover to check. Think I got it right. Methanol is 50/50. Anything more fails pumps and causes hazards. My goal is only to use methanol as a supplement. Not necessity. Maybe when I get a custom tune I'll have it meth dependent from 4k to redline.

    For those inquiring about beef tensioners, you can either see if @XPOTRPR is willing to do it, or you could scope out classified for used units, or you could just bite the bullet and get the Thump, or ARS units. Even the Roush one is an upgrade over OE design.

    Yeah I never really noticed corrosion per say in the blower or the outside fins of the intercooler. But I did notice some at the throttle body and coupler after a few years running it.

    Spraying water/meth and atomizing with airflow is one thing. Having liquid methanol constantly inside the intercooler fins is another ballgame.

    True. I did a quick wipe down in the intake. Probably giving it too much. Just toned it down today. It's a total experiment for me. If I knew who to ask for help I would.

    I’m not putting meth in the intercooler. Im spraying it like normal and running a icebox for the supercharger coolant
