Not quite up to par compared to your backyard oasis but I’ve got no complaints. Just wish my one neighbor would put up a privacy fence around his backyard then I’d really be set. Eventually I’ll talk to him and offer to pay half.

Why don't you put a fence up on your yard that neighbors his? Just curious :notsure:

HOA rules state that the fence has to come to at least half way up the side of your house but no further than 2/3s. My house sits so far back that the back of the neighbors house is about 5’ further forward than the front of mine. He fences, it blocks the whole side of my house plus a good bit of my driveway. Also, I don’t want to lose the conservation area that I somewhat claimed. I’m the last house tucked way back...so I’ve got conservation on two sides with a pathway to a nicely stocked pond. I’ve got more front and side yard than everybody else here has in back.

    Super :jellydance:!

Getting to start all over :)
Gunna put a feeler out for my bed bars and rack. Literally just bought the bars used off someone, but some big life changes are coming and I'm gunna have some major priority changes.

For now it's just a feeler, but I'm posting up here to give you guys a shot because I definately do not want to ship.

Was hoping to get 270 for everything. It will need to be painted again. The rack is a half ass paint job, im not gunna lie, but the bars are painted solid for now. It does have a high lift jack mount.

Apples and oranges. Gulches is a more technical park. IMO URE is more fun overall since you get the trails plus obstacles, whereas Gulches is almost obstacle after obstacle.

I like URE better. More stuff around to do, doesn't close at the hint of rain, doesn't seem like you're going in circles to hit different trails, better map.

Gulches seems to go from meh, to roll cage buggy really fast, where URE gradually increases and you can do the hardest trails there if you have good spotters/luck/skill/no fucks.

    Only been to each once.

Gulches has a nice variety and is like a theme park. You get to choose exactly what you want to do. It had a good variety at our level, enough to get out a play for a few hrs without a whole lot of technical "crawling". It does have lots of roll cage/buggy trails though too so you want really be able to use the whole majority of the park. We had the park to ourselves on the weekend we went. Stick to the blues and reds and 1 or 2 of the blacks and you don't have to worry about armor because it is just packed clay. No rocks. The rest is buggy only.

URE, especially last weekend with the rain, was pretty technical. It had lots of areas that were nice and easy going but still interesting, but then you get to a spot and it's balls to the wall. Not really the open theme park style that gulches has. You pick a trail and you're committed. Also had a lot more technical obstacles that force you to crawl around rocks and dodge trees etc. I did really enjoy URE more than gulches because of the trail system and being committed. It isn't just obstacle after obstacle and it is a beautiful area. That place is a whole other level wet. I feel I could have done much better if it weren't so slick!

I enjoyed both. Each had their ups and downs for me but URE is where it is at in the future. 100% what @Sandman614 and @EricL said.

    Camp and wheel!

That's my problem. My truck only has 2500 miles so I've still got a couple ducks to give. I was playing fairly conservative while still making my butt pucker at times. So much fun finding that edge.

It's drying out fairly well. It rain all day Friday but dried up enough to cut the grass. Some of the rivers are still crazy hight though. Especially the ones in northern SC and NC. I was driving through on Friday and saw a bunch of houses off 95 with their guts ripped out from flooding damage. Its a sad sight.

It's a terrible thing. It really started bothering me when people were making a ton of jokes or down playing the storm knowing what kinda damage was actually being done.
