Awesome! Definitely a classic muley I would love to get - would match my company logo too!

Well about 55 lbs of ground, roast (bone in and out), ribs, steaks, organ meat, shanks, and stew meat finally processed! Phew, makes me think what I would’ve have done if I was able to harvest my elk!

Had a good hunt tonight,it’s my first day of vacation. Seen several does and 3 bucks. Two of the bucks were nice 3.5 year old 8 pointers and I had both of them at 12 to 15 yards and opted to pass. This is them.B73F321C-C379-46B7-BE58-B2F85813461A.jpgE43CF028-72A8-4C6B-8631-DEA24FE7531B.jpg

Saw a nice deer come out of the woods at last shooting light...thought it was a big buck but unfortunately no antlers...just a big doe and her fawn from spring. Heard an elk chirping a few times. but never showed itself. Wind was swirling so they may have caught my scent.

I went deer hunting. Bagged a large doe with my Tacoma this week. Hit that thing going 45. The deer rolled 3 or 4 times before jumping back up on its feet and running away. I doubt it survived. Left me with $3800 damage.taco wreak 054.jpg taco wreak 054.jpg .

    Damn
    Sorry man
I’d use that money for a bf bumper.
I was fortunate enough here in deer country not to hit one until I got my bumper. Then hit an axis deer and thru it off and over into fence. No damage.
    Sorry to see this again.

Thank you,we were guessing 4 1/2 he dressed 172lb. were in managment thing with VA game dept. we turn in a jaw bone and weight at end of season. they send a spread sheet with age estimations, and tell us how many does we can shoot to manage the property!and thats a mountain deer,no crop fields for miles.just pasture land.

Nice man.. where in Shenandoah valley are ya? Im 35 miles outside of DC right where Prince William, Loudoun and Fauquier County meet. We have some decent deer but I haven't seen anything that thick.

That's a good service VA game is offering. I like it.
