Pro = Lots of money = Lots of Fun

TRD Off-Road + Mods = Lots of Money + Lots of Fun

Take your pick, in the end = Lots of Fun

I would have gotten the pro but it only comes with short bed so I got a fully optioned OR and added the homelink mirror.

Is there a ‘base’ mirror with no homelink on the OR? In that case are you stuck with using your garage door opener? I mean ‘stuck’ in the most first world sense possible. I have no homelink but the users manual references it as if it’s stock.

My OR came with stock with the Auto dimming/built in compass mirror and yes I was stuck with using my garage door opener.

Not on an ‘18. I have the premium and tech packages... no HomeLink. Just go buy the mirror for $150 and replace the mirror. Works like a charm.

I agree. The wheels on the Pro are my least favorite detail about the trim. They also happen to be my favorite aspect of the OR.

Thanks everyone! If I do get the PRO, then I probably won't get a new suspension/tires until the stock ones need to be replaced or once the car is still paid off. I don't have the money to spend on upgrades immediately after buying the truck.

However, I am going to fight to the death to pay only MSRP on the PRO. I'm giving myself 6-8 months, if not, OR and then use the money saved for a suspension & tires.

    Wish me luck!

If you order a PRO you can get it MSRP usually no problem, i am in contact with 2 dealers and one says 3-6months the other says 4-8months for special orders ($500 deposit)

OP, if you have the money and plan to use the truck in its OEM form, get the Pro. You'll get an OR and end up spending the extra money on a lift and knock off Pro parts anyway. Can't lie, the Pro is a sweet looking rig from the factory and some of my mods are based off of the Pro.
