    @TXpro4X4 Bryan seasoned some ground beef and it was really good. :drool::hungry: Thinking about whipping up some fish taco white sauce @dtaco06 Danny's recipe. I need to learn how to make my own "beer battered 'breading'" for the fish fillets though??? Right now I just buy a box of the already premade battered fish fillets, which still turns out pretty good, but I want to make my own and try it that way as well. I will probably shred my own cabbage as well so that there can be either/or along with Danny's recipe. The "marinated" shallots was definitely a nice added topping!!!

    So let’s find a better place with a big parking lot in south OC and do it. Maybe we should do one down here and have you guys drive down. We’ve done a couple meetups at Pizza Port in Carlsbad. That place has great pizza and excellent brews. The parking lot is large but it tends to get crowded. Whadayathink @eccracer104?
