I told them how much thread measured in inches..2.9" of thread was exposed on my coilovers. Was told "not a problem"

2.9" got me about 2.75" of lift.
1.9" for sure ain't 3 inches of lift..at least not on 3rd gen.
2nd gen..then yes the numbers would check out.

I was hoping someone knew off the top of their head what sized Allen wrench is used to loosen the spring adjusted on the 2.5’s

Yeah I went with the archive garage kit because they spec'd up to a 14" bypass for it without having to operate on the bed. Love the clean look while still adding an insane, almost ridiculous amount of capability for a stock looking truck

Archive garage hammer hangers with the long SUA shackles, Archive SUA kit with raised air bump strike pad, and deaver SUA heavy duty expo leaf pack. Pack is a little stiff but very comfortable ride at stock weight but I have plans for a roll cage and bumpers and already have a beefy skid plate and sliders so it should be perfect and hopefully will wear in without sagging much!

I've got 2.5 coilovers with 1.9 inches of thread showing...the height adjusters won't budge but they probably shouldn't be raised any more anyway. I need 1 more inch of front lift. Is spring replacement the best way to go?

It's a good way to go, just don't get the 700lb ones unless you have significant extra weight, and you MAY need limit straps depending on the rest of your setup and if you have coil bind/uca contact anywhere in your range of travel

    Should be smoother ride.

Much more control off road over bumps ect.

Not sure what valving you have but they should be much better in every way.

Stock shocks just suck, way to soft and easy to overwhelm off road. The 2.5 are much smoother and controlled.

Just installed Tundra 2.5 DSC tuned by Acuutune and Icon RXT springs on my buddy's truck today. Rides awesome! He is still waiting on his front 2.5s to arrive before we put them on.

Made me want to ditch the 2.0s in the rear and upgrade to the Tundra 2.5s.
