I’m impressed with how efficient this Bonfire is. This little bit of ash (there’s some in the ash pan under the perforations too) is all that’s left after last nights fire.

Do the sides get hot to the touch while the fires going? That's clean burning! Is the bottom replaceable? I'm curious if it'll burn out like the coal grates on my grill do after a while

You went to URE alone right? To me any trail riding/off-roading you do alone can be a little more hairy/nerve racking. I enjoy riding alone but some of the obstacles/lines I take with people I don't alone. Having a good spotter and someone to instill more confidence definitely helps with trying more challenging trails, obstacles, and lines. I like URE for a quick weekend or day trip just to get the bug out but tend to like the more technical trails/lines there. I like traveling and seeing what other places have to offer and exploring, every park/trail has it's + & -.

It does get hot on the sides...puts out quite a bit of heat. Nothing is replaceable on this...maybe with some welding but I don’t feel it’ll burn out. Legit stainless doesn’t seem to burn out like plated grates do. I replaced all my grill grates with stainless after the shitty plated ones burned up and haven’t had any issues.

I found mine from another member on here. Mine are a +25 offset meant for a chevy truck but I just use 1.5" spacers to make them ~-13 offset. So if you're looking keep in mind that the hub bore dia. and bolt pattern for a chevy truck, tahoe, and burban are the same. The tacoma uses either a 0 or -12 offset where the chevys will use those or a +25 so you'd need spacers.

Yup. Especially now with everything dying out. I'm going to clean out good and stay on top of it come spring.

Thanks for that info. I won’t need those hub centric rings to run the methods will I?

No you won't need hub centric rings for the methods they are bored to the Toyota hub bore size which is larger than Chevy.

Any tips on installing a winch in the SOS front bumper before I set about doing it? Even basic newbie tips are appreciated!

I've got lefty loosey righty tighty down pretty well.

Identify where your going to mount the control box and make sure you can get to anything you may need to drill. Don't bolt down the winch until the cables are secure.
