I notice when I start the engine and then move from park to reverse, the engine RPMs surge a little. Maybe 100-200rpm, just for a second or so, and then drop back down to baseline. Is this normal? 2018 Off-road

I've got it, not sure if it's an issue or not, but I don't remember this happening with any of my other vehicles through the years. In general, this truck tends to surge at odd times, such as what you're describing.
