I haven’t even made prototypes of roof racks yet. That’s probably not coming until sometime next year. Only the back seat MOLLE panels, and the bed management panels will be available for the time being.

I got my panel from GB10 a few weeks ago and am just now collecting the stuff needed for install. Can you elaborate on the breathable foam and why you want it? I'm seeing the vents in other photos, are you going to stuff foam in the vent to keep noise down or for some other reason?

    Thanks!

I ended up not doing it because i was worried it would keep the vents open. It is incredibly noisy with the seats down though.

On my AC, I had to cut part of the vent to clear the panel.

I am adding 2 layers of 1" foam (seat cushion, open cell) over the vent, then a layer of carpet, then the panel.

You want to foam to block noise coming in from between the cab and bed - up from under the vehicle. Water intrusion is not really an issue.

I will post pictures as I get the panel installed. I have a little bit of customization I want to do, but I should have it done in a month or so.

Is this a product of having to cut the vent or would i installing on my DC need to also make cuts? I'm really hoping the noise isn't crazy as I spend a LOT of time driving for work.

I don't know about the DC trucks, so I can't answer your question.

However, the 2 layers of foam absorb/block the noise better than the factory vent did.

Without going through every page any chance I can get L x W dimensions on the full DC behind the seat panel? I want to put it in my 2001 tundra

Even if I gave you dimensions, I couldn’t guarantee it would fit in a tundra. I’ll get that for you later tonight though.

Oh I am fully aware this would be a custom fit, but I have asked around to have one made and I am looking at 350 plus... So I thought I would see if I could make this possibly work.
