drop your diff, your skip plate, and your rear carrier bearing.......theyre all really cheap to do.

im running a 3" lift with a diff drop and my CV angles are just fine....what are you going on about?

Thanks @sdsurfer. I tested with 4Hi and there was no change at all, so not needle bearing? Looking through other threads has me thinking maybe it's the driveline angle and 3 degree shims could help, but I don't really know what I'm talking about. The idea of adding a shim to my current rear lift seems like it would be counter-productive.

I’ve heard about RC before. Why is RC so bad?

    Thank you.
I definitely won’t buy the RC kit if I ever get a Dodge Ram 1500. Personally owned the Ready lift kit on my Tacoma. Never gave me a problem. Took it off 2 years ago though. Its for sale if anyone is interested.

I drive a 2006 toyota tacoma and i have a 3in rough country lift on 33s 285 75 r16 and i have no issues with it i dont have any rubbing what so ever and my wheels have a -12 offset. I do eventually want to upgrade that lift to something better but if your looking to just do light offorading this'll be fine a fine setup my build cost around 2400 dollars to do and it looks alright20181103_170038.jpg

if you're just going to do light offroading, the stock TRD setup is 100% AOK. it with a set of fresh KO2's got me all over Death Valley.

    just sayin'...

A 285/70/17 tire is 32.7 inches in hight- close to 33". I run the G2s on my 2014 2wd with 2" front coil spacers and spydertrax 1.25 WS.I have no issue . I kept my mudflaps.I did this mod just for appearance reasons.

OME lift w/ SPC's Method 701's w/Toyo at2 265/70r17 Prinsu rack CBI skids and sliders SSO slimline bull bumper Smittybuilt 9500 winch. Swing out tool boxes
OME lift and diff drop is working great for me with 265/70r/17's. I went with the heavy set up as I am putting bumper/winch, skids, sliders and haul gear and tow often.

I’m assuming the original poster of this thread got his ish handled but toytec has always been the go-too for me. And since this thread lacked any hard evidence of what these lifts actually look like instead of adding to thread just another suggestion. This is my 06 regular cab with a bilstein kit I got from toytec. 3” front and 1” rear block on 265/75/16. However I’ll be adding a body lift and 33s in the next couple weeks.
