Ha! That's in the same parking lot as my church! I'm game as long as it's one of my "off" Thursdays.

This one would be on a Saturday. Kind of like the Fiesta Island meetups. That way hopefully we could get several OC and maybe LA people to come down. We would start the meet-up before opening time for Pizza Port (probably around 11:00 AM) so there would be sufficient parking.

Spotted this white third gen driving at the staples center. Looks mostly stock other than rims.

Sorry to hear about that man :( Glad I bought the lock from Toyota for the spare tire when I bought my truck. It doesn't stop them completely but it will stop the rookies.

That happened to me when I traded in my 2004. I had no idea that was gone until I took it to the dealership. I lived in a pretty terrible apartment complex in Vista at the time.

My place isn't too bad. I'm guessing it happened where I park to catch the metrolink.

I don’t know if it’s changed at all in 10 years but this place sucked. I was only there for 6 months because it’s all I could afford when I first joined the military but people’s cars were constantly getting broken into, several times I had to call 911 for gunshots and the place was absolutely infested with cockroaches. It was right next to the Stater Bros off of N Santa Fe if you’re familiar with the area

Haha I just put them in today. Was running my air hoses. On the bright side. The thief made that job a whole lot easier!

Then cup of the tire winch (that part that goes through the hub of the spare) has a small tab with a hole through it. It’s meant for a padlock or something similar like a cable lock. Not the most elegant solution because if you don’t maintian the lock by cleaning it and spraying it with lube, the lock could seize up. Shitty way to find out when you have a flat by the side of the road. Other than that, Toyota sells a “lock” which is similar to a keyed lug nut that goes on the winch mechanism so it can’t be lowered without the corresponding “key”. Neither are 100% scumbag proof, but nothing is really.
