When I bleed my brakes I have to bleed all 4 corners otherwise it won't feel right.

Hm I've never done the bpv system...but yeah I always start from the rear passenger then work to the front and end on the front driver side.

Ok Ill give it a shot tomorrow. Truck stops fine, the pedal just feels inconsistent, like it hangs up halfway down the stroke. Doesn't ever lose pressure. I'm thinking theres air in the master.

Guess I'm making a seal driver out of some PVC, can't find one long enough to reach over the crank snout on the Z

Dakars don't have a better load rating than stock unless you put AALs in them. Better off going with Expos or custom Alcans or something if you need to carry alot of weight

That’s what I did with my rear main seal. I went to Home Depot and bought a 3” ABS Toilet Flange

    Get on my level.

Pretty sure I was riding the bumpstops for miles.

I ditched my Dakars after only a couple months of having them on because the rear sagged on the bump stops with my tent and camping gear...even with an AAL put in both sides. I dunno exactly how much weight it was but I'm guessing around 700lbs. Anyhow I know that OME states that the standard duty Dakars aren't designed to hold any more weight than the OEM leafs were, which is why they make a medium and heavy duty option for later gens...1st gens just have the option of adding AALs

I only bled the BPV because I put the relocation bracket and changed the brake line.
