Bet you’re ready to be back. How long have you been in Korea? I lucked out and got stationed in Hawaii for 3 years, and even living in paradise I still wanted to be back home.

    Needs more cowbell.
I'm in. I've heard the Cross Bar Ranch in Davis has some pretty good trails.

@irayfz6 what is this place outside of McAlester? Saw it flying over.

Do you have a pretty consistent schedule, or are you all over the map?

That is the ammunition plant. Cross bar ranch looks like a cool place. I had never heard of it before. Do you know if they allow trucks? A quick search says atv and dirt bike trails.

My wife works a lot which leaves me with a 3 year old a lot. But as far as I can tell, shes off every Sunday, which should free me up.

Buddy of mine went to Cross Bar Ranch last weekend. He said it's open to full size vehicles, but he said theres a lot of trails a full size 4wd wouldnt be able to navigate very well.

I know there's lots of old logging trails and such in the Ouachita, just don't have any mapped out. Did a small part of the Cherokee PHA which was fun, pretty, and accessible enough for stock 4x4s.

I work Sunday afternoons, though :/
    Fri/Sat are best.

Might be worth checking out. I found this pretty good read on the infamous K Trail from a couple years ago.

    https://habitatoffroad.com/blogs/tr...michi-trail-clayton-oklahoma-to-mena-arkansas

I know there are more trails, but this one seems to always pop up when I search for info.

I know of the K trail, but recent word is that the majority of the western section is now privately owned and closed. Some excellent trails further East into Arkansas, like the High Water Mark trail. Probably better suited for overnighting, though.

Just watched a couple videos on the High Water Mark. Looks like it could be a lot of fun and very pretty scenery.

Guys, just head into Arkansas and into USFS lands just over the border. They own 25% of the state but it’s great for wheeling.

Give me a wave or pull me over if you see me out. This is my rig, but I've since ditched the running boards and I'm about to add some ditch lights.
