So I bought my Tacoma just a few months ago, my first one. Shortly after I stared looking into this Satoshi Grill mod (after I saw some pictures of the incross).

I just finished it last week and saved some $$$$ in the process (i did just buy a truck)

Yeah thats a table being cut..... I went to some metal shops both in Austin AND San Antonio, but none of them had 1/4" holes with expanded sheetmetal (ESM), smallest they had was half inch...

Snake~ posted this in another thread, looks like they had 1/4" ESM for a cheap price, but I was on a time crunch and didnt have time to get it shipped here before I left for training in Little Rock.....

Dunno maybe it looks different in-person but in the pictures, the shiny chrome doesn't go exactly well with the matte silver Toyota emblem.. If the emblem was smaller then it probably blends in better with the chrome..

i like the attention to detail and the use of sturdy grating, lol..

BTW, You should Spray your radiator with flat black high temp paint so it doesnt show through the Satoshi grill.. it will looks cleaner

Do me a favor though. Take a daytime picture so we can see how it looks with the chrome. I am very curious.... Thanks
