I dont think the compression adjusters have anything to do with ride height right? So are you suggesting a spacer?

You adjust the ride height by cranking down the blue ring right above the spring.
You will most likely need an alignment after.
Keep in ind if you carry any weight in the bed it will level out the truck. If it sits level without weight it will sag in the rear with weight in it.

This is a different brand shock but shows how:

If you are maxed on preload adjustment now or at the suggested max specs from King, and still want armor, bumper, etc. you may want to consider 14 x 650lbs spring swap to get it closer to level with less preload. It will still ride pretty smooth when you dial down the firm / soft adjuster.

That looks about right. You want more lift in the rear because the 2nd/3rd gen trucks have pretty limited up travel. You want the front close to 50/50 for the best performance.

Throw 2 bags of cement in the bed and drive it that way for a couple weeks. The rear will settle some. You also want a little rake for when the truck is loaded so you’re not sagging ass or riding the bumps

Did you remove the overload leaf spring?
What’s your measurement up front?looks like you can preload a little more to get close to level.

King preset the coilovers at 2" from the factory. At that height King believe that is the sweet spot for their coilovers, it's not my personal preference BTW

Thanks for everyone's reply, been huge help. Turns out I'm an idiot and didnt know that the front end can be adjusted on the coil over itself. My issue is that I'm rubbing and raising the front will solve the issue. I dont really plan on hauling anything yet but if I do start putting on bed racks and other overland gear/hardware, i might have to drop the front back down, or get stiffer springs in the rear is this correct?

    Everyone has to learn :)
Yes you could get stiffer springs in the rear. The icon rear leafs allow you to change the height and stiffness.

Rubbing in the front may not go away from raising the front. I'm running 33's and had to trim some plastic and do a body mount chop. Lots of info on the web about it.

Great Thread.. couple of questions. Did you guys buy your setup as a kit or piece it together? (what would you recommend?) What site(s) would you recommend ordering from? Lastly, I see you all have decided on a few different UCA's. What sold you on the one you purchased?

I pieced mine together and got it from a local vendor directly from King. But would highly recommend @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc. They’ve always been helpful and they have great communication. For the UCA, I decided on the Icon billets because I wanted the rod ends at the frame pivot instead of poly bushings. Wanted to avoid any squeaking at all cost. And the UCA has the ball joint cover too. I can appreciate the quality/performance from Total Chaos but I have several friends/family that hated the upkeep on them on a regular basis just to keep it from squeaking on every single movement. Chose Icon because of a great deal I got but also really like the Camburg billet ones too that has the rod ends, same concept.

    Hi All,

Newbie Question: I got my kings front and rears already and was going to wait for the Icon RXT leaf pack to do a complete install. However, the RXT leaf pack is backordered for another month. Should I just go ahead and do the install and alignment and then install the leaf pack whenever I receive the RXT them? Would I run into any issues?

    Thanks

    Not much stock left.
I think you would be fine. I swapped my pack after the King install without any issues.

    $2k/$3k?
