NE area wheeling trip plans

Wheeling Event:
RI Area
November 10th, 2018
Meeting Time: Roll out by 10am
Meeting Location: Dino's Park and Shop 1465, 1020 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, RI 02814
Run Time - roughly about 4-5 hours depending on how long people want to roam for..
Difficulty - Stock with the chance of being moderate
Comms - CB is what I use but not required (if you choose not to have a CB expect that shit will be said about you because you can't hear it ... )

Conditions - with the amount of rain we have been getting I would say it'll be a bit muddy with a good amount of large puddles. I suggest skids, factory skids etc but not entirely necessary.

Lunch will be on the trail so bring something to snack/eat.

I follow the ENH (exploringNH) Tread Lightly beliefs and mentality. I suggest airing down - not because it's necessary but it provides driver comfort and it helps prevent unnecessary damage to the trails. It may or may not be hunting season down there as well - be courteous to the hunters - wave and smile - they don't want us there anymore than we want them there. Lastly you ride at your own risk - anytime you're unsure of an obstacle just ask - many of us have a lot of experience spotting.

 

i'll be available for expert spotting for those looking to send it. i also have hello kitty walkie talkies for anyone without a cb.

I will see if i can get that Saturday off today! So for now im a maybe depends on what the boss thinks!

 

Because im sure the animals love all that construction going on there too as they are worried about a few tacomas....

Dang, I would like to join you guys (since i missed the Yota run in NH), but I have to work Saturday's .

 

Do you have something against hunters ?? Remember your on state land and part of the money to hunt goes to buying and taking care of state land. It's black power and bow season in ri on that date. You have other times to ride during the year then to disturb them with a big group riding thru the woods.

 

It's on power lines and they are doing a bunch of construction out there...I hear ya, I hunt as well and if they are doing construction where I hunt you bet your ass I'm not hunting there.
