Hey Motoxmann, this center cap is super tight that when I removed the wheels, the center cap stayed on the hub. I had to removed the wheels carefully not to scrape the caps. I did not bother to take them off because I was afraid that I could not put them back on. I will be going back to 4wheelparts to have them rotated and balance. I will be asking the technician how we are suppose to remove or install these center cap. I will keep you posted when this happen.

So I when and got my wheels rotated and balanced from 4wheelparts and the tech said that the center cap is so tight that they don't even bother taking it off. They took my wheels with no problem and no scratches. The only problem that I can see now is that, what if I have flat tire and needs to put on the spare? Would it fit with the center cap still on the hub? I will try this next time.

DTRL, Debadged, Donkey tethered in the bed that rips 142 db farts so I can piss off the neighbors and rattle the windows on my house when I'm parked in front.
I sold my stock wheels and Rugged Fails together with the TPMS.
Sorry but I just couldn't justify paying someone to remove and replace all the TPMS senasors when I check the tire pressures myself every two weeks.
The sale of the stock wheels and tires paid for my new tires and then some.
