These are honestly the only vehicles that try to race my Porsche. I beat them but there must be something about those trucks that are confidence inspiring.

An F-150 once won an episode of Bull Run, beating out exotics and such because A) 60 gallons of fuel tanks, B) still fast on dirt roads, and C) cops weren't watching out for the truck, they were watching out for the exotics.

They can do a lot of stuff decently, but they ain't dragsters.

The new f15 echo boost is pretty quick for a v6 truck. Faster than most of these drop chevy trucks with big cams lol

It’s something I don’t quite understand. They are fast trucks, and people go a little overboard with them. They run 12s in the quarter, in full size few cab short bed configuration. They definitely can’t keep up with my 996, maybe could beat my old boxster lol.

I would’ve liked to have kept my Tacoma but it didn’t fit my use case. I still hang out here because it’s good company for the most part.

Austin is a pretty lively TW group, and there are plenty of Tacomas to stalk down here.
