I did the same thing when I read that and then re-read it.

 

At first I read that as "unicorn carpenter" and I got mad about all the fantastical creatures coming in and taking jobs from good old fashioned mortal humans. But then I realized you said "onion carpenter"

Check out “skilled” trades. Plumber, pipe fitter, sprinkler fitter, electrician, sheet metal.

 

I think he already does that. Ask nicely and he’ll inspect your pipes and snake your drain.

 

I do this this all the time. I should add to the resume. I hope they don't ask me to go into detail about it.....

 

Nothing like watching the FedEx employee slam the box with your $1600 strobe light on the counter right in front of you. Luckily nothing was damaged, but FFS the blatant disregard for the care of a package right in the face of a customer...
