Definitely leaks but it doesn’t bother me much. Dries out quick in the high desert. I may try to adjust it at some point.

Nope, that was being bored with lots of unistrut laying around. It's all stuff you can grab at lowes. I have moved the spare under the truck, it wouldn't fit because of having 2 2.5 gallon air tanks. I removed one tank and the tire fits as long as it's deflated.

Started installation of Marathon seat covers, in Kyptek camo. A lot easier to unbolt the seat to work the straps around. Comes in 3 separate pieces. Very nice quality! I will finish tomorrow.20181029_165518.jpg 20181029_165537.jpg 20181029_165559.jpg

That's nice. I'm going 2" lift so I will most likely CMC and new UCA's. Did you get UCA's?

    Anybody seen this Alert??

Has happened twice. After first time, I took in to service and they said everything works fine. OBD computer apparently had no record of event though same alert came up previously.

I’ll get both sides of mirrors flashing on at same time with no car behind me.

UPDATE 10/30: TOOK TO DEALER AGAIN. THIS TIME AN ALERT DID SHOW UP ON DIAGNOSTIC. BASICALLY WATER IN WIRING HARNESS. “ FOUND DYC CODES FOR BSM SLAVE AND BSM MASTER MODULES. MASTER MODULE : C1AB6, UO232. SLAVE MODULE: UO125, UO126, UO129. FRAMEWIRE #3 WITH EVIDENCE OF WATER”. I HEARD THAT ANOTHER MEMBER HAS HAD THIS ISSUE AFTER IT RAINED. RECENTLY I NOTICED IT AFTER TAKING IT THRU CAR WASH - GRANTED IT'S AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH THAT SPRAYS UNDERNEATH, BUT MY 2002 4RUNNER HAS NO ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS AFTER GOING THRU IT. I WONDER IF THE ISSUE WITH THE WATER COLLECTING IN REAR LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS HAS ANY COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS PROBLEM. I DID NOT REALIZE MY REAR PLATE LIGHTS WERE OUT UNTIL SERVICE REPLACED AFTER DIAGNOSING THIS PROBLEM. IT'S DECEMBER NOW... STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM TOYOTA TO REPLACE PART

I posted a couple posts before that one. I’m too lazy to look back and see the post number. :)

I got this in the winter of 2016 (bought my truck April 2016), mine started working again after a few days, of course before I could get it to the dealer. Got the same story as you, nothing showed up on their computer so they did nothing to fix it.

Ain’t that the truth. Wheels and tires going on tomorrow, figured I wanted to see what the SEMA rims in grey looked like on white vehicle with Nittos. Ordered full aluminum skid package from RCI, Clazzios. Hopefully that will keep me from jonesing for awhile.
Tough to leave the Tacoma world forum, the 4Runner forum isn’t as fun.
Hope you all won’t hate if I lurk around.

Better get some wax on that paint. Won't be long and the snow will be flying. I'm hoping we get a few more 60 degree days myself so I can get another coating on mine.

Should happen about Wednesday or Thursday, just hope it doesn't rain those days.
