I had some issues yesterday at the Dealership getting the alignment into spec after adding a 3" Readylift Leveling Kit with 2" spacers in the rear. I got to talk to an engineer today from Readylift and got specs on the recommended alignment. After going back to the dealership today they will redo the alignment and fix the issue and will return later this week. Readylift has assured me there was no need to purchase UCA as their 3" leveling kit is designed to work for my 17 Sport with stock UCA's.

I hope anyone who has a readylift kit or is installing one may find some use out of the Engineers specs. 2nd pic is the numbers I had last night. As you can see the Tech for some reason was way off.

I was wondering how the second alignment specs worked out for you. I’m having the same issue with my 3-2 kit as well.

Awesome thanks for the quick response. I’ve been riding on specs similar to the first from the dealership and ride just doesn’t feel right. Taking it back for a correction...asap

I had my Toyota Dealer install the ReadyLift 3/2 Kit and they aligned it perfect the first time. No new UCA's needed.

Did you install the ReadyLift Kit yourself?

I love mine. Does what I need it too.

Had a shop put it in then another shop align it. Not sure if it matters but if you look at the specs print out above for the access cab above I guess it works well but for the double cab maybe not so much...

You need more caster. You have .2, you should +2.0.

I agree. Was just wondering how the engineer’s recommended specs were working for the original poster. Thanks for the advice

Dont deviate from what Ready Lift recommended. In the Boston area we don’t have qualified folks to do a 4 x4 or off road alignment. This included my Toyota Dealership. All I had was Town fair tire, which suck too and I handed them what Ready lift recommend. They got it close, probably could have been done better but it worked.
