No communication to ecu with my scan tool. I can get into any other computer on the car though. The Kline wire isn’t shorted or anything. I don’t believe it’s an ecu issue either, car runs fine

It's heavy and that's just fine but it's at the very bottom like the part where you aren't sure if you should even be pushing the clutch that far and it has almost no range from on to off. I just think it's a bad MC or poorly adjusted pedal so nothing major but it's like no other Tacoma or car I've driven

Haha right to skids, she learned well. I still can't do a good standing burn out with a manual.

Might be worth looking at the Phoenix or hell even Texas Craigslist pages. Avoid the California premium that Tacomas seem to demand.

Great idea, but I don’t think he wants to go out of state.

I’m surprised how cheap Tundras are.

Yeah, if the double cab wasn’t a requirement think we would have gone that way. But the 1st gen double cab tundras are still fucking huge.

Oh he doesn’t need the double cab, just the extended cab. Anything but the single cab.

So I think I took for granted the resources of both the Tacoma and WRX communities. Researching how to do anything for my 15 WRX or the 03 Tacoma and there are ton of guides and videos. Trying to find anything for my wife's 14 Mazda 3 is reallllllly hit or miss (and more miss than hit). Luckily doing stuff on the truck has given me a better sense of what to do but shit it's nice to have a guide to follow. Think I'll make a few videos for youtube so other people have them as a reference as I do things.
