Its not too bad, create a login, and then you can even use your phone to upload.. i made it take me to the desktop site and then uploaded from there. I was surprised i was able to figure it out, it was pretty easy. I believe in you, you can do it for sure

Most xrunners with that many miles probably already have the steel sleeve kit. The throwout bearing goes at about 50k miles.

    Behold.

    The belt re-route mod.

    IMG_20181029_212715_hdr.jpg

I picked up another 1psi... at least. Hitting the border of 14-15psi all the way up to redline. The belt is slightly tighter and obviously 270 degrees of wrap is a good thing. Now, pray for me that my tensioner doesn't break before the Steeda gets here...

It's been done and is doable. My experience with it in the bike world is that it works ok. The problem we saw in comparison to a custom dyno tune, was that the self tuning software just wasn't fast enough to interpolate the data compared to the more manual tuning software. If you knew how to tune, you could force the bike into situations where the tune would learn and improve quicker than others, but it was never as good as a custom tune. We told people it was worth while for people that didn't have access to a dyno and good tuner, which we had, and ultimately talked 95% of people inquiring about them out of it. Still had the stubborn 5% that learned everything they needed to know from a forum.

No loss of boost when using lots of stress on small pulleys.

Means there's people out there rebuilding their s*%t at 50k to go a smidge faster and I barely changed the snout oil and plugs at 110k miles.

I think you're going to hold a boost record on a stock block sir.

Really... hmm. I thought the record was well above that with a Rotrex.

Well, I could set a record for the TRD supercharger. That would be fine with me.

Did the wife (to be) mod over the weekend and lost half the truck and potential for mods in the nearby future. IMG_0606.jpgIMG_3139.jpg

Even after we traded vehicles for a few days and she said "I want a supercharger for my 4Runner". I said ok, but it's that or a ring, you choose which comes first. She chose the ring.

Haha. Well congrats dude. Getting married is awesome although it does cut into the project budgets like you say. Oh well. Live vicariously through single people like me, I suppose...

Thanks. She won't totally cut the funding and she enjoys the truck and knows it makes me happy, but, for the time being, to her, truck funds have gone down on the totem pole of priorities. Silly of me to think that scooting then down on my list to save for the ring, meant they would be back on top after the ring was purchased.

At least with the suspension I've got and sc minor mods, I may not be the quickest, but I don't have to slow down for much off road.

Right. And, like you say, you'll need SC rebuilds half as often...
